It’s simple – contact your H.R. Department and ask!!
In most cases, it’s just a matter of filling out a simple form.

Your company doesn’t have a program? Maybe it’s time you asked them to put one in place!
Also ask about a Volunteer Program - some companies will donate money to organizations where their employees volunteer.
