Return to the Okanagan Easter Seals 24 Hour Relay for the Kids

We want to reward your team for their fundraising efforts with the opportunity to win some great awards and incentive prizes!

To be eligible your team must hand in all money collected by 8pm on Saturday, June 12th, 2010 at the Apple Bowl Stadium.

Late pledges (any pledges handed in after midnight) will not be counted towards awards and prizing, but they will be added to your team’s overall fundraising total.

The easiest way to ensure your team is eligible is to encourage your team members to collect money at the time of being pledged. The best way to do this is to donate online on our website.

TEAM Awards

There are lots of awards to vie for and not all of them are related to fundraising. Please refer to your Team Captain's Manual for a complete listing of awards and details. Some of the more popular awards are:

  • Top 3 Fundraising Teams
  • Most Improved Fundraising
  • Most Money Raised by a First Year Team
  • Team Fundraising Incentive Draw
  • Most Laps Ran
  • Most Night Laps Ran
  • Best Team Spirit
  • Best Team Costume
  • Volleyball Tournament 

Some of the Fundraising Incentives: How they work

 

Team Incentive Program:

Each team that raises a minimum of $1,000 in pledges will receive 1 ticket in the draw.  Increase your odds with the more you raise!

  • If you raise $2,000 your team will receive 3 tickets.
  • If you raise $3,000 your team will receive 6 tickets. (Maximum 6 tickets)

All pledges must be turned in by 8pm on Saturday, June 12, 2010 to be considered for the draw. The winning ticket will be drawn on Sunday morning. TEAMS MUST BE PRESENT ON SUNDAY MORNING TO WIN!

Individual Online Fundraising Incentive:

Every participant who raises a minimum of $250 in online donations will be eligible to enter an individual online incentive draw. If you're feeling extra ambitious, try raising even more - those who raise a minimum of $500 in donations will be entered into ANOTHER incentive draw! Individual online pledges must be submitted no later than 7pm on Friday, June 11, 2010 to qualify.
